Here are some of my notes on pigs. I'll go back and consolidate all the info I have on pigs as soon as I get it all together. Early on my notes weren't too organized so I have a page here or a page there on whatever I found interesting that day.
32" barrier around pen
Use sheet metal if possible supported by cut telephone pole on the outside
gravel trench under barrier on inside to discourage burrowing
15-20' shade per pig
4' off the ground (shade)
innocculated at 6+ weeks old
Must grow corn/veggies, nuts, grains to feed pics
2 pigs will feed a family of 6 people
6-8months old sell or slaughter (at 200-225 pounds)
Nuts, milk, fruit, veggies, stalks
